Haha I’m always baffled when I see this done with really expensive makeup, or by people who seem to otherwise be really informed and into doing their makeup as well as possible.
HOWEVER there are also a lot of people who are new to makeup or only do it for special occasions, and so I feel like the rhetorical “why” here can be answered with “because they can’t justify the cost of buying good brushes”.
Ehh what really. Seriously the shit I do with my makeup (including the scar effects) are often done with these silly spongey things. I have a bunch of expensive brushes as well but I don’t really use them that much unless I’m doing makeup for someone else…
For anyone who needs boat references for art or fic.

SCP-261 appears to be a large black vending machine with no front glass panel, and a small keypad on the right side. SCP-261 was recovered in Yokohama, Japan in an alleyway.
SCP-261 is capable of operating with no external power supply, but operation in this state will cause “unstable” vending to occur much more quickly than normal. If SCP-261 is used several times in a short period of time and/or large amounts of money are entered before an item is vended, SCP-261 will start to dispense bizarre items. While still “food”, their suitability for human consumption is often non-existent.

Yo XTINE!
lmao I can be quite negative myself, but i think it’s complacent negativity and resignation that pisses me off the most.
